Not at all. You can seek support when you want to understand each other better, work through recurring disagreements, or strengthen an already loving relationship.
Can we attend from different countries?
Coach Intimacy serves Canada, the United States, and Africa. Share both partners’ locations and time zones when you enquire so availability and whether the service is appropriate in your location can be confirmed.
What if my partner is not ready?
You can begin with individual coaching to explore your own needs and patterns. There is no need to persuade your partner before taking a first step for yourself.
What happens after I request an appointment?
Your enquiry is saved for Coach Intimacy to review. The next step is a conversation about your needs, session options, pricing, and availability. Your preferred date is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
How much do sessions cost?
Session prices and duration will be confirmed before you commit. Request the session you are interested in, and ask any pricing questions in your enquiry. No payment is collected through this website.
Is coaching the same as mental health treatment?
Relationship coaching focuses on relationship skills and personal goals. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, mental health treatment, or emergency care. The coach can discuss fit and scope with you before a session.
Should we use couples counselling if there is abuse?
If there is violence, coercive control, or fear for your safety, seek individual support from a qualified local professional or domestic violence service first. Joint sessions may not be appropriate. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
